First, NB01 is doing well. Second of all, we're stuck watching BTN all day in her part of the lab. One of the researchers can't stop singing the "Let the Sink In!" song.
Although we don't really let NB01 out into the outside world, she went to the BTN restaurant in Borakimu on her body birthday. With NewBrain brain-swapped blobs, there are two birthdays - one is their body's birthday (AKA the previous blob's birthday) and the day the swapped brain was put into the blob, usually a day after the blob's "death". Thankfully, Bebo Akapane and his work is NOT even known in Borakimu, so our biggest fear of others blurting out "BEBO! BEBO YANLOID HI! BEBO! BEBO AKAPANE BEBOBEBOBEBO!!!!!!" to her were non-existent.
To get to the restaurant we had to specifically go through the tunnel at times people aren't riding them. Again, we do not want people blurting out Bebo's name to a blob who lives in his body.
At the place we got "Pinkon's Pizza" and "Samuel's Savory Pie of Disappointment". The food was good but what really made us bring her was that they'd have holograms of all the BTN characters to perform for you at the table. Of course, Tanji sang a lot of great songs. Then we also got the BTN Halloween Band to perform for us. What a great band.... But to be fair, Tanji is top tier.
Because, after all, who would have the guts to sing about eating algae from a sink... Tanji would.
